Committees (RWAC).
Worker Adjustment Committees provide services to employees and
families affected by downsizing or closures. They are designed
to help employees and families make informed choices about the
transition to their next careers.
While the RWAC committees
focus on impacted employees of the State of Ohio, this
information will be useful to anyone experiencing a downsizing
or employers
looking for qualified, experienced employees.

Our
Mission:
Providing assistance to
displaced state workers, state agencies, and other
employers. This includes career counseling, resume
writing support, job skills development, and assistance,
employability planning and preparation, and retraining.
